Students travel to Indianapolis for FFA National Convention

Ten FFA members from Warden High School traveled to Indianapolis, Ind. for the 2009 National Convention.  FFA advisors Shanna Golladay and Todd Kisler chaperoned the students along with Scott and Ann Marks as they participated in several events during the 5-day trip.

Author publishes book of poetry

Jacque Cox had always dreamed of being published and in September she completed a “seven-year project” and realized her dream with a softbound book containing forty of her own poems.
“I’ve been writing since I can remember,” she said.  “Writing poetry is very therapeutic for me.”
